BIQU Build Plate CryoGrip Pro
The BIQU Build Plate CryoGrip Pro is a flexible build plate that ensures excellent adhesion for your 3D prints, even at room temperature. The special coating keeps the model firmly in place and reduces the risk of warping, lifting corners, and failed prints.
The finely textured finish leaves a uniform structure on the underside of your model. Thanks to the strong adhesion, glue or other adhesives are generally not needed when printing with PLA, PETG, and ABS.

Durable seven-layer design
The BIQU CryoGrip Pro consists of seven carefully constructed layers. This allows the build plate to combine strong adhesion with flexibility, protection, and a long service life.
Layer 1 – Ferromagnetic spring steel
The core consists of hard ferromagnetic spring steel with a hardness of 580 HV. This layer ensures a strong magnetic attachment to the print bed and helps prevent distortion of the printed model.
Layers 2 and 5 – Powerful adhesive layers
The special adhesive layers firmly bond the coating to the steel core. This ensures the various layers remain well-connected, even when the plate is regularly bent to remove prints.
Layers 3 and 6 – Protective intermediate layers
The corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant intermediate layers protect the build plate against wear and potential damage from contact with the nozzle.
Layers 4 and 7 – CryoGrip top coating
The outer layers feature a porous, oleophobic polymer coating. This coating offers powerful adhesion at low temperatures and reduces the chance of a print coming loose during the printing process.
Strong adhesion without glue
The CryoGrip Pro holds PLA, PETG, and ABS firmly in place without the need for glue, spray, or other adhesives. For many applications, you can also print with an unheated or less heated print bed. This saves energy and limits heat generation around the extruder.
After printing, let the build plate cool down. By carefully bending the flexible plate, the model will come off easily.
Self-healing coating
The special coating is designed to maintain its adhesion over a long period. When the grip diminishes, you can clean the build plate with water and dish soap. This removes grease, dust, and filament residue, restoring the surface's adhesion.
