The BIQU Panda Build Plate CryoGrip Pro Glacier is a high-quality, double-sided build plate for compatible Bambu Lab 3D printers. The finely textured Glacier coating offers powerful adhesion, even at low bed temperatures. This keeps prints stably in place and significantly reduces the chance of warping or corners lifting.

Thanks to its 330 × 320 mm size, this build plate is suitable for printers with a corresponding print bed. Always check the dimensions and compatibility of your printer before purchasing.

Glacier or Frostbite?

The Panda CryoGrip Pro is available with two different surfaces:

• Frostbite: has a very coarse texture and offers extremely strong adhesion.

• Glacier: has a finer texture and leaves a more subtle pattern on the bottom of your print.

Glacier is a versatile choice for PLA, PETG, ABS, and certain technical materials. For some filaments, including nylon, heating the print bed may still be necessary depending on the material and print settings.

Durable seven-layer construction

The CryoGrip Pro Glacier consists of seven functional layers:

• Layer 1: a strong ferromagnetic spring steel core for stability and reliable magnetic attachment.

• Layer 2 and 5: powerful adhesive layers that firmly bond the coating to the steel base.

• Layer 3 and 6: corrosion- and impact-resistant intermediate layers that provide protection against wear and damage.

• Layer 4 and 7: porous, oleophobic polymer coatings that provide powerful adhesion and a uniform surface finish.

This multi-layer construction makes the build plate resistant to frequent use and repeated flexing.

Lower energy consumption and easy maintenance

Due to the strong adhesion at a relatively low bed temperature, the printer consumes less energy. Additionally, a cooler print bed reduces the risk of unwanted heat build-up around the extruder.

After printing, let the build plate cool down. Then, flex the flexible plate slightly so that the model releases easily. Regularly clean the surface with warm water and dish soap to remove dirt and grease and maintain adhesion.
