This Creality Nozzle Set is specifically designed for the K1 and K1 Max (2023)* 3D printers. The set comes with two types of nozzles:
► Copper alloy nozzles
The copper alloy nozzles have high thermal conductivity and high flow, making them ideal for high-speed printing. Thanks to the high thermal conductivity (330 W/mk), these nozzles achieve more uniform heating, and the larger volume supports high print speeds of up to 600 mm/s. The nozzles are nickel-plated to prevent material from sticking and ensure smoother extrusion. The copper alloy nozzles are temperature-resistant up to 500 °C.
► Hardened steel nozzles
The hardened steel nozzles (Mohs hardness 7.8) are characterized by high hardness, wear resistance, and a longer service life. Thanks to an innovative heat treatment process and better oxidation protection, the nozzles are highly resistant to corrosion. The hardened steel nozzles are temperature-resistant up to 450 °C.
* Note: This nozzle set is not suitable for the K1 Max that comes with a Unicorn nozzle.
The special processing ensures that high-temperature filaments are heated quickly and extruded evenly:
- Smooth inner wall to prevent clogging: The inner wall of the nozzle has a roughness level of Ra<0.4 to increase filament fluidity and ensure smooth extrusion
- Precise opening without burrs for smooth feeding
- Flat surface and seamless connection to prevent filament leakage.
