This Polymaker PC-PBT filament combines the excellent properties of polycarbonate (PC) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). Polymaker PC-PBT is a PC/PBT polymer blend that offers good heat resistance and toughness at low temperatures (-20˚C/-30˚C). Polymaker PC-PBT also has good chemical resistance.

The Polymaker PC-PBT filament offers high impact resistance and handles temperature fluctuations well, making it suitable for parts that must perform under harsh conditions. In addition, the chemical resistance of PBT ensures that the printed objects are resistant to various chemicals and environmental factors.

Recommended settings

Nozzle temperature: 260˚C - 280˚C
Printing speed: 30 - 50mm/s
Bed temperature: 100˚C - 115˚C
Chamber temperature: 100˚C - 110˚C
Bed surface: almost any surface with a thin layer of MAGIGOO PC
Cooling fan: OFF

Note: When printing with Polymaker™ PC-PBT, it is recommended to use a heated chamber. If you do not use a heated chamber, it is recommended to anneal the printed part immediately after the printing process to release residual internal stress. Annealing settings: 90˚C for 2 hours
