The BIQU PopCap is a transparent top cover specifically designed for the Snapmaker U1. The cover encloses the top of the printer and helps keep the temperature more stable during printing.
This is especially useful for materials that are sensitive to temperature differences. By keeping heat inside the printer better, the chance of warping or cracking during printing is reduced. The PopCap is made of heat-resistant polycarbonate and can withstand temperatures up to 120 °C.
Thanks to the transparent design, the print remains clearly visible without the need to remove the cover. There is a magnetic opening at the front, which keeps the printer easily accessible for maintenance or removing a print.
The PopCap also helps reduce printer noise and protects the printer from dust when not in use. There is also space on top for storing small tools.
