Product overview
The Falcon A1 Pro stands out for its precision and smart automation. The AI vision system combines a top-mounted HD camera and red-dot laser distance measurement for autofocus that works within 3 seconds, with an accuracy of less than ±0.3 mm – ensuring cuts and engravings are correct from the start.
Performance & Material compatibility
The system uses a powerful 20W blue laser and a 2W IR laser module (sold separately). Together, they offer efficient cutting and engraving capabilities for over 350 materials, such as wood, acrylic, leather, paper, plastic, and select metals and fabrics. For safety reasons, highly reflective or mirrored materials are not supported.
User experience & Workflow
An intuitive touchscreen makes it easy to start projects, track jobs, and work without external devices. The accompanying app allows for live monitoring and remote control – safe and efficient.
Safety features
Safety is built-in: eight protective shields, a closed enclosure, flame detection with automatic stop and warnings, plus an emergency stop button. Opening the lid causes immediate shutdown to prevent laser leakage.
Design & Construction
Compact and modular – the A1 Pro fits perfectly in small workshops or studios. It comes pre-assembled, requires no installation, and minimizes downtime. The enclosure reduces noise (approximately 57 dB), filters smoke and fumes, and features a real-time filter monitor.
