PolyMax™ Tough PLA is one of the strongest PLA filaments on the market and effortlessly combines ease of printing with exceptional mechanical performance. This filament is specifically developed for users who want to retain the simplicity of PLA, but need the strength and durability of ABS – without the well-known drawbacks of ABS such as warping or complex settings.

Thanks to its advanced material composition, Polymaker has succeeded in outperforming both standard PLA and ABS. PolyMax Tough PLA offers an impact resistance up to 9× higher than regular PLA and is even about 20% higher than ABS, all while printing without issues on virtually any FDM/FFF 3D printer.

This makes the filament highly suitable for functional parts, mechanically stressed prints, and applications where reliability is essential.
