Considerations

• Dust and grease deposits on the build plate reduce adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with detergent and water to maintain the best adhesion.
• Increasing the heated bed temperature improves adhesion. Users should adjust the heated bed temperature based on their specific requirements to achieve the most suitable adhesion level.
• Gently sanding the textured PEI surface with fine-grit sandpaper (600 is recommended) can help restore adhesion.
• If bubbles appear on the underside of the smooth PEI plate, it may help to heat the plate on a heated bed at a temperature of at least 80 degrees for a few hours. This can help remove the bubbles.
• Do not clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate with acetone, as this will damage the PEI surface.
• Bambu Lab recommends using only official Bambu Lab glue on Bambu Lab build plates. Bambu Lab cannot be held liable for damage to the plates as a result of using third-party glue on the build plates. 
• Always wait a few minutes before removing the printed models, allowing the plate to cool down so the print can be removed easily. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product lifespan.
• The Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate is considered a consumable item, which will degrade over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or tears. Plates that are defective upon arrival are the only ones covered under the warranty.
