Magigoo Pro Metal - The 3D printing adhesive

The Magigoo Pro Metal adhesive stick is specially designed for metal-polymer composites, with a focus on BASF Ultrafuse® 316L filament. This adhesive prevents first-layer issues such as warping or poor adhesion, and provides a bond that is both strong and easy to remove. It therefore offers a reliable base for precise prints that can subsequently be further processed and sintered without damage.

Easy application and safe release

Usage is simple: press the pen applicator onto a clean, cold build plate and apply a thin, even layer. During printing (at 95–105 °C bed temperature), the adhesion remains strong. Afterwards, submerge the build plate or printed part in water for 30 minutes to 2 hours. The print will then detach on its own with a gentle twist – without breakage or damage to the green part or the build plate.

Safe and compatible with sintering

The formula is water-soluble, non-flammable, and non-hazardous, making it perfectly suited for post-processing and metal sintering processes. Please note: when used with other filaments, the adhesion may be too strong – therefore, always follow the specific guidelines for the best results.
